Complaints

We believe that children and parents are entitled to expects courtesy and prompt, careful attention to their needs and wishes. We hope that you have only positive experiences of the setting and our staff. If you wish to compliment a specific member of staff whoi exceeds your expectation you can tell our Centre Manager, Yvonne or write us at the following email: manager@tysoechildrensgroup.co.uk alternatively you can leave a review on our Facebook page.

We welcome your suggestions on how we can improve and will give prompt and serious attention to any concerns rasied. Mosst concerns can be resolved quickly by making an informal approach to the Centre Manager. However, if this does not achieve the desired result, we have a set of procedures for dealing with your concerns in a formal way and aim to bring any complaints about the running of our setting to a satisfactory conclusion for everyone involved. 

If you wish to make a formal complaint, you should write to our Centre Manager, Yvonne, at the following address: manager@tysoechildrensgroup.co.uk . All complaints, or concerns, that are received in writing will be made available to Ofsted - the registering and inspection body with a duty to ensure adherence to Welfare Requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. 

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if there seems to be a possible breach of the setting's registration requirements, you should contact Ofsted directly. The number to call Ofsted with regard to a complaint is: 0300 123 1231
